Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Set your grill, smoker, or oven to 400°F.
- Wash your potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges (about 6-8 per potato, depending on size).
2. Season the Potatoes
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the potatoes and sprinkle with Unkie’s Garlic & Herb and The Salty Fireman.
