Cast Iron Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Favorite Unkie's Seasoning Blend
  • Olive Oil

 
Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Lightly coat your chicken with olive oil and seasoning blend on both sides of chicken.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-up in cast iron skillet and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 
  4. Remove the skillet and serve the chicken. 

Notes: If you do not have a cast iron skillet. You can substitute it with a casserole dish or any other oven safe dish. When chicken is done cooking, the skin will nice and crispy and the meat tender.
WarningDo not use pans that have rubber or plastic handles. They may melt and cause a fire.
