Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1: Season & Cook the Shrimp
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Unkie’s Coastal Cajun seasoning.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and sauté the shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour and roll out each biscuit dough into a thin, even layer using a rolling pin.
Step 3: Assemble the Biscuits
- Place 3-4 shrimp and a generous sprinkle of grated cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
